What’s that saying? If you’re great, you’ll never have to say – other people will say it for you.

LSU Football’s official Twitter account is feeling mighty confident about its offense these days. On Sunday night, it tweeted “The @SEC has never seen an offense like this …”

At the start of the video, there’s a clip of LSU coach Ed Orgeron from a press conference where he says, “Think about this: First time in SEC history where an offense has a 4,000-yard passer, an 1,000-yard rusher, and two 1,000-yard receivers.”

To be clear, Orgeron never said the specific words in the tweet; you can credit the LSU Football Twitter account for that.

Well, you know what most UGA fans have to be thinking after reading that boastful statement: “LSU’s offense has never seen a defense like ours at Georgia.”

The SEC Championship game will feature a showdown between LSU’s highly-vaunted offense against UGA’s stout defense. Something has to give, right? But who knows, the game could be decided in the other matchup between Georgia’s reeling offense and LSU’s somewhat-average defense.

No doubt LSU’s offense is an amazing show to watch, as quarterback Joe Burrow is considered the leading candidate for the Heisman Trophy. The transformation of Burrow under first-year offensive (passing) coordinator Joe Brady, 30, has been magical.

No. 1-ranked LSU will square off with No. 4 UGA at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7.
