The incredible momentum of UGA’s Class of 2016 has hit a bump in the road.

E.J Price, a 4-star offensive tackle from Archer High in Metro Atlanta, chose USC over UGA and Auburn on Wednesday. Price is a National Signing Day surprise after the surges of watching UGA flips commitments from both Alabama and Auburn over the course of the day.

The 6-foot-6, 323-pounder is rated as the nation’s No. 8 overall prospect at offensive tackle for the Class of 2016. Price had the ideal skill set and physical package to contend for early playing time at UGA this fall.

That leaves UGA with just three offensive line commitments for the Class of 2016.
