Great-grandson of former UGA Heisman Trophy winner Frank Sinkwich to be a preferred walk-on at Georgia

Frank Sinkwich IV, the great-grandson of 1942 Heisman Trophy winner Frank Sinkwich, will become a preferred walk-on at Georgia.

The Athens Academy senior guard/defensive tackle made the announcement on Twitter on Wednesday. The 5-foot-11, 236-pounder played for Athens Academy, which finished 9-3 this season.

Frank Sinkwich totaled 2,271 yards rushing, 2,331 yards passing and 60 touchdowns in his time with the Bulldogs.
