SAN ANTONIO, Texas —  “We gonna kill him.”

That sound byte definitely shows the competitive streak of one of Georgia’s commitments here in Texas from the U.S. Army All-American week events.

That’s what one of those commits told their future teammate in the semifinals of DawgNation’s first “Who’s the Smart-est Dawg” Challenge.

If you haven’t seen the first round from earlier today, then do yourself a favor and don’t spoil anything. That’s when eight of the Georgia commitments went head-to-head against one another in a quiz show format.

Jeremiah Holloman and Andrew Thomas had their game faces on for the second round of our “Who’s the Smart-est Dawg” Challenge? (Jeff Sentell / DawgNation.com)/Dawgnation)

The topic for the first round was easy. Those questions were about one another.

The second round amps up the degree of difficulty as the subject matter shifts to the future. That’s quizzing them about some of the legendary Bulldogs.

Let’s set the bracket.

The first “Smart-est Dawg” semifinal features Cedar Grove 4-star OG Netori Johnson vs. Liberty County 5-star S Richard LeCounte III.

I’m not going to lie. This one was especially entertaining. The fact that the two highly-competitive future Bulldogs placed a side wager on the match’s outcome added to the drama.

The loser had to buy the victor the spoils. It was a $20 U.S. Army All-American beanie in this instance.

The other semifinal featured a pair of 4-star commits. Newton High graduate Jeremiah Holloman takes on Pace Academy senior Andrew Thomas.

Who will win this one? This bout went into overtime.

DawgFight #6: Jeremiah “JJ” Holloman vs. Andrew Thomas

Who wins? You’ll have to catch those videos to find out. These pairings finally set the stage for tomorrow morning’s championship final.

The category: How much do they know about their future head coach Kirby Smart? The school bell rings at 9 AM tomorrow.

The subject will be Kirby 101.

That’s when we finally see who is the “Smart-est Dawg” in the Class of 2017.

(There’s a reason we went with that title. You good people just had to wait for it. Or endure the first two rounds.) Hunker down for DawgNation’s latest news. Download our app: http://dawgs.us/2ctFtTG
