Watch the DawgNation Postgame Show react to UGA’s loss to Notre Dame

Notre Dame ended Georgia’s pursuit of a third national title in four seasons, beating the Bulldogs 23-10. Georgia lost its first College Football Playoff game since the 2018 CFP National Championship.

The Bulldogs finished the season 12-3 and did claim their third SEC Championship under Kirby Smart.

But UGA’s postseason magic did not transfer to New Orleans, where they surrendered two costly fumbles, while Notre Dame did not turn the ball over at all. Georgia appeared to be out-coached and out-manned, as the Fighting Irish converted several key third downs to seal the win.

Notre Dame advances to play Penn State in the Orange Bowl while the lone remaining SEC team, Texas, will play Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl. Georgia will shift its focus to 2025 with several questions to answer.

DawgNation’s Brandon Adams opens the DawgNation Postgame Show discussing his immediate reaction and getting former Georgia linebacker Davin Bellamy’s opinion. Bellamy started for Georgia’s infamous 2017 defense that took Georgia to its first national championship of the Kirby Smart era.

We’ll also hear from Jeff Sentell and Kaylee Mansell as they provide sights and sounds from both locker rooms and we’ll hear from several Georgia fans.
